Can you quote the gate and fence together?

Yes. Share the full entrance layout so we can discuss the gate, pillars and fence as a coordinated project. Access, finishes and any additional work are agreed in the quote.

Can a gabion wall also retain soil?

A retaining wall needs an assessment of the ground, height, drainage and loads behind it. Engineering design may be required. A decorative fence design should not simply be reused as a retaining wall.
